We deliver across South Africa. Here's what to expect when you order from fit plug:
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Free shipping on all orders over R500
- Standard shipping fee applies to orders under R500
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your fit plug gear. If something isn't right, here's how our returns work:
- Return window: 7 days from date of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.
