RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Returns

We want you to love your Fit Plug products. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, email us at support@fitplug.co.za before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, resistance bands and booty bands that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different resistance level or size. Contact us at support@fitplug.co.za within 14 days of delivery and we'll guide you through the process.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Please email support@fitplug.co.za immediately if you need to cancel.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
