SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Areas

Fit Plug ships nationwide across South Africa, including all major cities and outlying areas.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: R99 for orders under R500
• Free Shipping: On all orders R500 and above

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–3 business days
• Outlying and rural areas: 3–5 business days

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make a second attempt or leave a collection notice. Fit Plug is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order.
