Nike Alphafly 3 Men's Running Shoes | Shock-Absorbing Wear-Resistant Race Shoe FD8311-002

Built to Break Records.

The Nike Alphafly 3 is Nike's pinnacle marathon racing shoe — engineered for elite performance and designed for athletes who refuse to slow down. Every detail, from the ZoomX foam to the Air Zoom pods, is optimised for maximum energy return and race-day speed.

Why You'll Love It

• ZoomX Foam Midsole — Nike's lightest, most responsive foam delivers exceptional energy return with every stride, reducing fatigue over long distances.
• Dual Air Zoom Pods — Strategically placed forefoot pods provide an explosive, spring-like toe-off to power your race pace.
• Shock-Absorbing Technology — Advanced cushioning absorbs impact on hard road surfaces, protecting joints mile after mile.
• Wear-Resistant Outsole — Durable rubber compound built to handle high-mileage training and race conditions.
• Lightweight & Breathable Upper — Engineered mesh keeps feet cool, dry, and locked in during high-intensity efforts.
• Carbon Fibre Plate — Full-length propulsive plate stiffens the shoe and amplifies forward momentum.

Who It's For

Designed for competitive male runners targeting personal bests on the road. Whether you're lining up for a 10K, half marathon, or full marathon, the Alphafly 3 gives you the competitive edge to go faster, longer.
